Our Boot Camp classes are geared towards people who are looking to lose weight, build endurance and stamina and improve overall their overall health. There are no barbells or advanced lifting or high skill movements so there is nothing to be intimidated by. There is no minimum level of fitness, experience or knowledge of exercise required to for this class. ANYONE (you) can do it! The classes are 45 minutes long. Our next 6-week cycle begins on April 30th. The following cycle begins on June 11th.
